Payments:

A non refundable 20% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is due cash on arrival. Deposits must be paid through the major credit cards.
If you have to postpone the trip then we will credit your payment toward new dates for 1 year from the original dates in the same city.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations within 20 days prior your arrival date will have one night cancellation fee, plus the deposit.
No show: 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card, plus the deposit. If clients should leave earlier on their own will no refund or rebate is contemplated.

Security deposit:

A security deposit may be required, if so, this is payable on check in for any eventual damage or breakage that may occur during your stay.
The amount required varies according to the apartment, this is clearly stated on the apartment page and again on your voucher.
The security deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
Upon check out the full amount will be refunded, unless damages occur.

Amount of People:

The number of persons occupying the property may under no circumstances exceed that specifically agreed at the time of the reservation.

Utilities:

Utility costs in Italy are very high, therefore many apartment owners charge for electricity in summer to cover air conditioning.
This is either at a fixed daily rate as published on the apartment site page, or metered and charged at local rates.

Check-in:

Between 10:00 and 21:00 free on appointment.
Between 21:00 and 23:00 there is an additional fee of 25,00 Euro
After 23:00 there is an additional fee of 40,00 Euro
